I work a day job between 8a-5p MST. Please do not expect a response during these hours.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission based on personal preference.

Any commissions for artistic nudity will require proof of age before an invoice will be sent.

At this time, I do not offer commercial-use licenses for my art.

Commissions $100 & below require 100% upfront. Anything above can have payment plans discussed.

Payments are accepted via any of the following: vGen (preferred), PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi¹.

If a refund has been requested after the work is started, then a partial refund will be provided. Refund will vary based on work completed at the time of request.

If I haven't started and you'd like to withdraw your request, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed through the platform they were originally paid through.

Commissioners requesting a refund may have fees applied by the platform the payment was initial sent through (i.e. PayPal).

Work will not begin until payment has been processed in full.

If you'd like to tip me you can tip directly in the invoice during payment. If the payment has already been paid, I accept tips through Ko-Fi and PayPal.

WIPs are in-progress screenshots sent to the commissioner for approval. See each type of commission for WIP frequency.

WIP screenshots may include a watermark in multiple areas of the piece.

Pieces will take anywhere between 1 week to 3 months depending on various factors including, but not limited to: personal health, commission complexity, other queue work, and ✦life✦.

If a client does not have an existing design (ref or simple filled in base) to work off of or requests that the artist works off of a text description, a $50 Design Fee will be applied.

Alternate Versions can be made for a piece. Each alternative version will have an alt fee applied. See commission types to see pricing.

Clients are welcome to request additional WIPs via any of the preferred communication methods at any point in the creation process.

Changes can be made when WIPs are provided. Minor changes during the initial stages are free. A major change would be considered a pose change after lineart is completed/mostly completed.

Major changes (ex pose, orientation, lineart adjustments, new props, etc) are only permitted in the initial sketch stage.

Minor edits can be made to the final piece (ex color adjustments, markings, etc). Major changes will be charged based on time to complete starting at $20/change.

Any changes that need to be done due to artist mistakes will be made free of charge.

Deadlines must be included upfront. If I am unable to make a requested deadline, I will let the commissioner know upfront.

A screenshot of the final piece will be sent for approval before the final piece is sent.
Final approval shots are provided for commissions that are not sketches.

Final full resolution pieces will be sent via email and/or the preferred contact platform.

All commissions will be posted across platforms for advertising and self-promotion purposes unless the commissioner explicitly requests otherwise.

Reminder: This is a digital only product. Nothing physical will be provided.

All adopts currently available can be found on ToyHouse, Ko-Fi (most up to date), and vGen.

If you purchase an adopt via Kofi or vGen and would like to have the ToyHouse transfer, please be sure to send a message with your purchase.

If I use a base (free-to-use/pay-to-use) that's not my own, it will be noted.

When reselling, only sell for the same amount you purchased for unless additional art has been included.

Free/trade/raffle designs/adopts cannot be sold without additional commissioned art (does not have to be commissioned from me). They can be gifted or traded without additional work.

Trades are allowed for any adopts.

Don't claim you designed it. Please credit if/when reposting.

If the design is part of an original/closed/open species the owner must adhere to those species' rules. The species cannot be made into it's own open/closed spin off species.

All adopts also adhere to the usage rights & general TOS above.

If a sketch commission is purchased, can that sketch be finished at a later time?
Yes! Any sketches can be completed to a full color piece. The price will be 60% of the full-color cost.

Do you accept payment plans?
Yes! Please see the Payments & Refunds section of my TOS for details.

Can my commission have commercial-use rights?
At this time I do not offer commercial-use licenses.

Do you prefer artistic liberty or artistic direction?
Either is fine; however I do some of my best work under artistic liberty.

Can you mimic a style for me?
I do not accept commissions to mimic styles. It's an agreement that when you commission me, you are commissioning me for my style.

Can I stack discounts?
Due to the way PayPal and vGen apply discounts, I can only add one at a time. So I will always ensure you're receiving the best discount I'm offering at that time.
